A bite of B&R: Lanzhou beef noodles
Published: May 02, 2017 03:19 PM
Locals in Lanzhou, capital of Northwest China's Gansu Province, usually start their day with a hot bowl of beef noodles.

First kneading the dough and waiting for it to rise, chefs then artfully stretch it out into delicious noodle strands. After adding beef broth and seasoning, your bowl of Lanzhou beef noodles is ready to serve.

It is said that about one million such bowls of beef noodles are sold in Lanzhou every day.
