On August 29, the organizing committee of "2018 Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei International Investment and Trade Fair" held a press conference on the preparation work of the Fair in Langfang in Hebei province.

The Fair is to be held as scheduled in Langfang on September 6. The Fair will carry out the important deployment of the 19th CPC Congress for the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei in an in-depth manner, taking into account the general layout and high-quality development requirement for the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Highlighting the characteristics of regional industries, the Fair centers on the theme "Coordinated, Open and Win-win Cooperation - New Opportunity, New Drive and New Future" and arranges 10 high-level forums and promotional exchanges and project match-making events.

Over 480 overseas guests from 57 countries and regions of six continents have confirmed their attendance to the Fair. The Fair also has nearly 1,300 domestic participants. More than 500 of these domestic participants are institutional and corporate representatives from 17 provinces and municipalities such as Beijing, Tianjin, Jilin, Inner Mongolia, Shandong and Guangdong, with the other 800 representing other regions from provincial, district and municipal departments and businesses.
