B: So many? I know that previously some cities like Guangzhou have issued vouchers, but not such a sum.

A: Actually, the Xicheng district of Beijing has previously issued vouchers, but I saw that they were all coupons for shopping centers and the discounts weren't very large, so I lost interest in getting them.
