Locally-transmitted COVID-19 cases in China are becoming more diverse covering multiple occupations - online car-hailing drivers, cleaners, nurses and trade company employees.

On Tuesday, Beijing reported seven new confirmed domestic cases, Shenyang reported six and Dalian reported two in Northeast China's Liaoning.

Among the seven in Beijing, five are employees from a trade company in Beijing's Shunyi district. Two are drivers working for online car-hailing platforms.

In Shenyang, two nurses working in a clinic were confirmed cases. Another four are retired elderly people. They are all close contacts of an imported case in the city, who was confirmed last week.

While in Dalian, a cleaner working at a hospital and a loader working at a wharf were confirmed.
