Chinese people are known for their deep love of milk tea, and the tasty drink has once again proven its significance by helping firemen save a suicidal girl attempting to jump off the 10th floor of a building in Tianmen, Central China's Hubei Province. 

The girl, 13, had an argument with her parents and threatened to end her life while stepping outside the fence on the 10th floor of their building in Tianmen.

Firemen arrived in time and set up an inflatable cushion on the ground, but despite their attempts to dissuade her, the girl refused to listen. 

As a last resort, one of the firemen appeared with a cup of hot milk tea in his hand, and said to the girl, "Take a sip of the milk tea I just made for you! There's no harm in drinking it on such a cold winter day."

Gradually, the girl approached the milk tea, giving the other firemen the chance to grasp her tightly and quickly bring her inside the fence and then onto the balcony. 

The incident soon captured netizens' attention, with many expressing gratitude toward the firemen, as well as the milk tea.
