China to orderly relax entry restrictions of foreign capital into telecommunications sector: MIIT

China will fully open its manufacturing sector and orderly relax entry restrictions of foreign capital into the telecommunications sector, in order to attract more advanced manufacturing projects, according to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Monday.
