A new show from French fashion house Dior that kicked off on Tuesday has become the first international event to be held at BAIwork on 133 Sichuan Middle Road, a refurbished century-old building in Shanghai, renovated by Shanghai Bailian Asset Holding Co., Ltd. (BLAH).
The five-day Villa Dior show at BAIwork sees the global debut of 390 items, mostly watches and fine jewelry, from the house's Rose Dior collection. It also acts as the first stop for the fashion house's haute couture 2021 Spring and Summer pre-show, which takes inspiration from the tarot card deck the illuminator Bonifacio Bembo made for the Duke of Milan in the 15th century.
"The cooperation with Dior is a brand-new attempt to transform, not only in the entire industry chain of real estate platform, but also for the asset management capabilities of BLAH, from capital to development, from branding to operation and promotion. It also lays a solid foundation for BLAH to enter the global market." said Cheng Dali, CEO of BLAH.
