Forum about China's sports industry held in Beijing

A forum was held in Beijing on Thursday to summarize the development of China's sports industry amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Hosted by China Sports Daily and Tencent News, the forum saw officials, scholars and athletes come together to give an overview of the past year as well as release a report to give a full picture of China's sports industry. 

The 2020 China Sports Value Report covers eight aspects from summer and winter sports to gyms,and delves into the full recovery of the country's sports industry. The upcoming 2022 Beijing Winter Games will boost the industry, according to the report. Besides, the fast development of e-sports will also bring new changes to many Chinese cities.
