A total of 70 paintings by Chinese painter Zheng Guangxu are on display at a new exhibition at the National Art Museum of China. The Nature is My Tutor exhibition reviews the artist's art career of nearly 30 years, which includes scenery and watercolor paintings, portraits and sketches. 

After finishing formal art education in China, Zheng attended The Russian Academy of Arts in Saint Petersburg for further study in 2005, where he mixed traditional Russian painting skills and China's traditional style together.

The exhibition is set to run until Sunday.
