relax your mind/ 放松心情/ (fànɡsōnɡ xīnqínɡ)

A: Work has been really tiring lately. How do you stay balanced and relax your mind?

最近工作太累了,你都是怎样自我调节,放松心情的呢?

(zuìjìn ɡōnɡzuò tàilèi le, nǐ dōushì zěnyànɡ zìwǒ tiàojié, fànɡsōnɡ xīnqínɡ de ne?)

B: I often go to the gym and run, especially when I'm in a bad mood.

我通常会去健身房跑步,尤其是心情不好的时候。

A: Yeah, running really can allow someone to forget their worries.

B: Pressure at work can sometimes get really great, so I can really understand you. I like to go to the park to walk and relax my mind.

A: Have you considered changing jobs because the pressure is so great?

B: Actually, I really like my job. If you know how to use pressure, it can be a positive factor.
