A: Did you see that short online video on Sina Weibo of a father who was busy looking at his phone as he was walking down the road and then his 4-year-old son got run over by a car?

A: A father was walking with his son. He was walking while looking at his phone when his son who was walking in front of him was suddenly run over by a car by accident.
