A woman surnamed Zhang quit her job and disappeared after borrowing 2 million yuan ($313,000) from her colleagues in Zhengzhou, capital of Central China's Henan Province.  

Zhang's colleagues posted a video online on Monday asking for help to get their money back. More than a dozen people lent money to Zhang, who trusted her as they have been working together for more than ten years. 

"Not just me, many colleagues thought Zhang was a very honest person. It was totally unexpected that she cheated us and ran away," said a colleague of Zhang in the video.

Besides her colleagues, Zhang also borrowed tens of thousands of yuan from community volunteers in August. One said she lost contact with Zhang after lending her 27,000 yuan. She is now taken to court and required to give the money back before Thursday.
