A video clip of a special wedding went viral recently and amused the public. The video shows the groom and his best men wearing wedding dresses, while the bride and her bridesmaids wearing suits.

In this role-reversal wedding in Guangzhou, South China's Guangdong Province on Saturday, the bride got down on one knee and "proposed" to the groom, and placed a ring on the groom's finger, the video shows.

Surnamed Wang, the groom told local media that he and his wife are good friends with the 6 best men, who promised the bride that they were going to dress up as women to give the bride a special and memorable wedding.   

In one scene in the video, one of the men struggles to button up the wedding dress. At the wedding, however, many people were also amused with their antics.  

One of the best men said that at the beginning he was a little ashamed, but afterward he "actually felt quite good and even got addicted to it for a while.'' 

"It's worth it to go crazy for my buddy's big day," said the man.
