China Evergrande Group's contracted sales value of properties in 2021 hit 443.02 billion yuan （$69.22 billion）, equivalent to a contracted sales area of 5,426.5 hectares, according to an announcement published by the company on Tuesday. 

According to Evergrande's annual fiscal report of 2020, its contracted sales value and area of properties was 723.25 billion yuan and 8,085.6 hectares, respectively. The 2021 results for sales value and area saw a year-on-year decreases of nearly 39 percent and 33 percent, respectively. 

Evergrande on Monday published a report addressing a trading halt and pending the release of an announcement which included 2021 commercial data. According to the following announcement, the firm resumed trading at 1 pm on Tuesday.
