Police from Qiongshan Brigade of Haikou Public Security Bureau in Hainan Province recently found a man sneaking into the police yard at 4 am and attaching a GPS locator to a police vehicle. Police caught him on the spot and learned that the man was doing so to know in advance when the law enforcement vehicle will come out so that he can avoid it.

After interrogation, the man confessed that he is a truck driver and for the sake of making more money, he often overloads the truck. The man also said he had been punished by the law enforcement department once. To better keep track of when the law enforcement vehicles usually come out, the man tried to install a GPS locator on the police car so that he could avoid the law enforcement vehicles.
