A: I want to invite you to my house to eat tonight. I am going to make some fried food for you to try.  

我想邀请你今晚来我家吃饭。我会做一些炸物请你尝尝。

A: There is nothing special about the ingredients, but I am going to make the food using an air fryer.     

食材本身并不特别,但我会用空气炸锅去制作。

B: What's the difference between an air fryer and an ordinary oil fryer? 

空气炸锅和普通油炸炸锅有什么区别呢？

A: An air fryer is a kind of machine that uses hot air to "oil fry" food. It uses air to replace the hot oil in a frying pan and heat the food. 

空气炸锅是一种可以用空气来进行"油炸"的机器。它利用空气替代原本煎锅里的热油,让食物变熟。

B: That sounds really novel. Are there any advantages?

A: The advantage of using an air fryer is that you can control the temperature and it uses less oil.
