The CPC Central Committee, the State Council and the Central Military Commission have conferred 2nd-class Aerospace Merit Medals to Shenzhou-13 mission commander Zhai Zhigang and crew member Wang Yaping, and an honorary title of Hero Astronaut and 3rd-class Aerospace Merit Medalto Shenzhou-13 crew member Ye Guangfu.

The honors are given in recognition of their remarkable achievements in completing the Shenzhou-13 mission, which had broken the record for the longest stay in orbit and laid a solid foundation for future construction of the space station.
