Folded Story - Music event
This music concert in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, is going to be a wonderful event for people who love Chinese indie rock.
The event is a solo show by Chinese band Fazi to promote their newly released album Folded Story.
The album took the band five years to produce. Over 10 songs, the album tells the story of the band's journey to become Chinese rock stars.
Fazi never seems to stick to a particular rock genre as their music mixes diverse rock'n'roll elements with the electronic tones of garage rock.
Founded in 2010 in China's rock culture cradle, the city of Xi'an, the band was influenced by English post-punk band Joy Division. Joy Division's lead vocalist Ian Curtis was the inspiration for the band's representative 2016 song "Control."
