Fishing vessels head for the South China Sea after moratorium ended

A new fishing season kicks off in the South China Sea after 3.5-month annual summer fishing moratorium ended at noon on August 16. Hundreds of fishing vessels from South China's Guangdong and East China's Fujian set sail deep into the sea.
