in-ear headphones (earphones) /入耳式耳机 / (rùěrshì ěrjī) 

A: My headphones have broken. I need to get new ones. 

我的耳机坏了,我需要换一个新的。

(wǒde ěrjī huàile, wǒ xūyào huàn yīɡè xīnde.) 

B: I think you can change to some in-ear headphones. 

我觉得你可以换一个入耳式耳机。

(wǒ juédé nǐ kěyǐ huàn yīɡè rùěrshì ěrjī.)

A: Are you talking about those headphones you stick in your ear canal? 

你指的是那种能放入耳朵内部的耳机吗？

B: Yup. Compared with ordinary headphones, in-ear headphones are more airtight. It can cancel noise while also increasing the headphone's playback effectiveness.  

没错,相比普通耳机,入耳式耳机具有更强的密封性,能在隔音的同时增强耳机的播放效果。

A: That sounds good, but I'm worried if they will damage my eardrum if I use them too long.

B: Any headphones, if you use them too long, it can lead to hearing loss. So you have to pay attention to how long you use them and headphone cleanliness. 

任何耳机使用时间过长都会造成听力损害,所以使用耳机需要注意时长和耳机卫生。
