Central China’s Henan police arrested 234 suspects involved in a rural bank scandal& achieved major devt in money and losses recovery, after depositors found they couldn’t withdraw their money from local village banks in Henan and E. China's Anhui since July.

Investigation found that the criminal gang led by suspect Lü Yi, the manager of the Henan New Wealth Group, illegally controlled 4 rural banks and was involved in a series of serious crimes.
