The news report that Sinan County Traffic Management Bureau received a special report from a netizen on the video platform in Tongren, Southwest China's Guizhou Province becomes a hit on Monday.

According to the traffic police of the county, a woman posted a short video on her Douyin account of her son driving a car with the caption: "My son is driving for the first time today." The comment section questioned whether the boy was driving without a license, and the woman replied to the netizen that driving without a license can also be tried.

It was difficult to identify the driver based on the short video at first. On August 16, the police finally identified the license plate and the owner of the car based on investigation.

The young driver surnamed Zhu, as well as his mother surnamed An who owns the car and took the video, were summoned to the Traffic Management Bureau case area for inquiry.

The fact was that on August 11, Zhu drove his mother's car for dozens of miles. The mother in the back row shot the video and upload it online to show off. In the end, the traffic police fined the mother and the son 2,000 yuan($295) in accordance with the law and criticized them.
