A: A Pleione is a type of orchid that looks like garlic. Due to rampant illegal digging up of this plant, it has become very rare.

独蒜兰是一种外形酷似大蒜的兰科植物。因为非法采挖,导致其数量稀少。

B: That's a pity. What is the environment like where they grow?

A: The Pleione usually grows on the surface of rocks or trees covered in moss. This growing environment can easily be impacted by man-made destruction. Once it has been destroyed, it cannot be easily restored.
