The aerospace and technology festival of Türkiye started in Samsun in the Black Sea region on Tuesday.
The six-day event will feature air shows with fighter jets, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and helicopters, as well as technology competitions in more than 40 different categories, including semiconductors, drones, satellites, rockets, robotics and artificial intelligence.
The prototype of Türkiye's first unmanned warplane, Bayraktar Kizilelma, will also make public for the first time at the festival, according to the Baykar company.
Visitors are also able to examine various aircraft, such as F-16 and F-4 jets, and many drones at the exhibition.
Besides, exhibitions, seminars, and workshops will also be held during the event.
The festival has been organized by the Turkish Technology Team Foundation (T3 Foundation) and the Turkish Industry and Technology Ministry over the last five years.
