Masterpieces of Self-Portraits - art exhibition
This exhibition in Shanghai gathers self-portraits from the 16th to 21st centuries by more than 50 art masters including Raphael, Titian, Rubens, Rembrandt, Jacques-Louis David, Ingres, Morandi, Chagall, Yayoi Kusama and China's Cai Guoqiang.
By appreciating these masterpieces, visitors can learn about how these masters depicted their own images in their artworks and how they perceived themselves.
Self-Portrait by Raphael is one of the most famous and prestigious paintings of the great Renaissance painter and it will make its debut in Shanghai at the exhibition.
Another famous self-portrait set to meet visitors in September is the work of Rembrandt. The Dutch painter is famous for his mastery of shadow and light and viewers will be able to appreciate the characteristics of his art style through his famous self-portrait.
This exhibition belongs to one of 10 exhibitions that the Bund One Art Museum are holding as part of its long-term collaboration with the famous Uffizi Gallery in Tuscany, Italy.

When Mozart Meets Italian Style - music event The music event in Changsha, Hunan Province is a symphony concert for classic pieces by great composers such as Mozart, Rossini and Mendelssohn. The concert will be conducted by Robert Kabara and performed by the Changsha Symphony Orchestra.
Kabara is a renowned violinist, violaist, conductor and educator who has been active on the international stage. With a history of more than 20 years, the Changsha Symphony Orchestra is a large-scale professional symphony orchestra. It has successfully collaborated with numerous renowned musicians at home and abroad such as Italian conductor Mauro Trombetta, Chinese singer Dai Yuqiang and Chinese pianist Lang Lang.

Films of Portugal - film exhibition This exhibition in Beijing is the China National Film Museum's first international film exhibition of 2022.
The exhibition will screen six feature films and one documentary at the museum's cinemas. Most are art house films that show how real people and culture inspired Portuguese filmmakers to tell stories on the big screen.
The Green Years, the classic 1963 black-and-white film directed by renowned Portuguese director Paulo Rocha, will be screened for audiences in China, along with the production Listen, a 2020 Portuguese drama film written and directed by Portuguese director Ana Rocha de Sousa.
The new 2022 film Km 224 will also meet audiences in China for the first time.
