Recently, two men in Jianshui county, Southwest China's Yunnan Province, replaced the steering wheel of a car with a double-handled pot, and directly drove the car on the road. They took a video and uploaded it on video platforms, thinking they would become popular. They did get a lot of comments. However, what they didn't expect was that many netizens mentioned the police in the comment section. After receiving the report, local Public Security Bureau traffic police quickly summoned them. According to the man surnamed Luo who drove the car, they truly knew that the way of modifying the car was illegal, but they noticed some similar videos on the internet earlier. 

They thought that if they imitate the modification in the videos, they can also get big amount of attention. 

Finally, the police made a fine of 500 yuan($72) for the illegal act and the relevant technical parameters registered, and confiscated the modified steering wheel.
