Luo Xiang

Dr. Luo Xiang was born in 1981 in Jingxi, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Graduated from  Central Academy of Fine Arts majoring in Chinese painting, he is currently a second-class artist and curator of of the National Museum of China, , vice president of  China Alaborate-style Painting Art Society, master tutor of Academy of Fine Arts College of Minzu University of China, and member of the China Artists Association.

As artists, being capable of processing the overall effect of their works dialectically both in thinking and practice, they must rely on both skills and cultivation. Skills come from hard work, which means a solid foundation of at least eight to 10 years or more of practice. Luo Xiang spent his undergraduate and postgraduate years in the Central Academy of Fine Arts. Deeply influenced by the "Trinity" teaching system of the Central Academy of Fine Arts, he attaches great importance to the training of basic skills and the learning and accumulation of theoretical knowledge. He also has the courage for innovation and exploration.
