Cao Ruihua was born in 1953 in Shanxian county, Central China's Henan Province. He is a member of China Artists Association and serves as the supervisor of the flower and bird painting advanced training class of Renmin University of China, and Vice President of the Painting and Calligraphy Institute of China Education TV. He is a painter of the traditional Chinese wash painting as well as Executive Director of Chinese Artists, Calligraphy and Painting Academy. He holds the honor of national top-class artist.
