A: Congratulations! I heard that you just bought a house. I bet you must be happy, right? 

恭喜啊! 听说你刚买了新房,我想你现在应该很开心吧？

(ɡōnɡxǐ ā! tīnɡshuō nǐ ɡānɡ mǎile xīnfánɡ, wǒxiǎnɡ nǐ xiànzài yīnɡɡāi hěn kāixīn bā?)

B: Sure I'm happy, but just thinking about my monthly mortgage puts me under a lot of pressure.  

开心是开心,但是一想到每个月要还房贷就感觉压力很大。

B: Of course not. My financial status doesn't permit me to buy a house in cash.
