Recently, a woman from Yongkang, East China's Zhejiang Province, gave 10 consecutive negative reviews for a restaurant on a food delivery platform, claiming that the restaurant didn't give her the money it promised during a cash-back campaign it initiated.
The owner of the restaurant was so angry that he went to the woman's place and asked her why she left the negative reviews. She replied that it was her right to give a low rating.
Of course it is a customer's right to rate service and platforms or owners have no right to interfere with this. However, continuously giving negative reviews for one incident is not fair.
