As concerts have been held in various places recently, some spectators who want to see the concerts but couldn't get tickets have started to try any means possible to get in. A man pretending to be a police officer was caught red-handed trying to sneak into a concert by police in Xi'an, Northwest China's Shaanxi Province on June 30.
The man's white sneakers under his police uniform attracted the attention of the police.
When they went up to check, they found that his badge number did not belong to local public security bureau, and a red bandage on his arm displays the characters for "law court."
Investigation found that the man's story was full of flaws, and the police immediately judged that he was a fake police officer.
It was then found that the man had used police badges and uniforms in order to sneak into the concert without a ticket.
According to the People's Police Law, the public security authorities imposed an administrative detention of five days on the fake officer.
