People walk on a street  in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture on August 15, 2023 after as Typhoon Lan made landfall on the main island of Japan. According to the Japan Meteorological Agency, Typhoon Lan landed near Cape Shionomisaki in Wakayama Prefecture before 5 am, and is expected to track through western Japan.
