Cross-StrThe Cross-Straits International Exhibition of Prominent Photographers, one of the important exhibitions of the Photo Beijing 2023 international photography week, is set to be held at the China Millennium Monument on October 21, 2023. 

This exhibition will mark the first time Photo Beijing has held a photography exchange event across the Taiwan Straits.

On Tuesday, the selection event for the exhibition was completed. Among the 285 photographers from both of the Chinese mainland and the island of Taiwan recommended by the 12 members of the recommendation committee, a total of 121 photographers from both sides of the Straits were selected by the judging panel. 

The selected photographers vary from veteran photographers above 80 years old to some young dark horses. 

These photographers have made outstanding achievements in photography creation and are greatly influential in the industry. 

The representative works of these photographers include documentary, art and nature photos. With rich themes and diverse creative expressions, the exhibition will show the artistic results of the photographers.
