The TV drama
Fake It Till You Make It recently held its premiere at Peking University, where the filming crew shared the stories behind this urban drama.
The 14-episode drama tells a story between two young people, Tang Ying and Xu Ziquan, who fall in love with each other after they lower their guard and build confidence.
The audience was treated to an 80-minute pre-show edition of the drama.
Many members of the audience said they could feel the interesting and vivid emotional confrontation in the plot and had empathy for these real workplace stories.
"I think that anyone who has work experience in Beijing will feel a sense of déjà vu from the drama," said the drama director Li Mo.
"[Such a work] was not completed by me alone. It comes from the real life of each of us. It is added together with feelings and experiences. As a director, I just connected everything together. It's an honor to bring you the opportunity to see such a work," Li added.
