Through the "four level WeChat group" of the power supply company and "government grid management WeChat groups", the State Grid can carry out targeted publicity and Q&A on power outage information and electricity policies, guide residents to handle electricity and electricity business through online channels, share the dividends of digital power construction and achieve zero time difference, zero deviation, and zero dead corners in power services and information transmission.
