Yang Xiaopei, producer and founder of China's Xixi Pictures, appeared on the list of The 35 Most Powerful Women in International Television released by The Hollywood Reporter and A+E Networks.

She is known for building Xixi Pictures into a television powerhouse in China in three years and producing a string of hit dramas with themes including urban life and Chinese traditional culture.

"I aspire to lead Xixi Pictures in exploring an effective pathway that represents our national identity and core culture while also achieving wide acceptance in the global film and TV market," she says. "This will enable Chinese stories to be showcased vividly on the international stage."
