The girl's mother, surnamed Mao, said that the competition required the children to prepare their own eco-friendly costumes using everyday items. Mao came up with the idea of designing a rose princess dress for her daughter using tissue paper, and it took her three days and nights to complete. Mao also mentioned that her daughter was the first to go on stage during the opening ceremony of the event, stunning the students, parents, and teachers, and becoming the focus of attention. 

"The tissue paper used this time is made from recycled and renewable materials. We collect used facial tissues and other items for reuse. I am very happy to contribute to my daughter's fashion show," Mao said.
