Recently, the World Cube Association Rubik's Cube International Open was held in Singapore. A 6-year-old girl surnamed Cao from East China's Jiangsu Province broke the women's world record in solving the 3x3x3 Rubik's Cube with a time of 5.97 seconds.

According to media reports, Cao became interested in Rubik's Cube when she was about 20 months old. As her skills improved, she gradually began to shine in various competitions, frequently winning gold and silver medals. Her personality also transformed from being timid and introverted to becoming increasingly confident and outgoing.

"We didn't expect her to break the world record so soon," said Cao's mother. After setting the world record, Cao expressed appreciation to her family and teachers. "I want to make unremitting efforts in practicing solving the Rubik's Cube, and strive for a higher stage in the future," she said.
