China issues ‘Five-Star Card’ for foreign permanent residents

The new version of China’s Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card, dubbed “Five-Star Card,” has been issued on Dec 1. A total of 50 foreigners from more than 20 countries received the first batch of the card on the first day.
