Li Bai: Chinese Ancient Poetry New Media Art Series Exhibition opened at the Digital Art Exhibition Hall of the China Millennium Monument in Beijing on Thursday.
The exhibition aims to promote Chinese classical poetry culture, traditional craftsman-ship, intangible cultural heritage and more. Rooted in classical poetry and utilizing digi-tal technology, the exhibition combines the intrinsic values of traditional culture with new forms of digital technology, achieving a creative transformation and innovative de-velopment of China's outstanding traditional culture.
The inaugural exhibition focuses on Li Bai, a romantic poet of the Tang Dynasty (618-907). Utilizing new media art, the exhibition explores the vast world depicted in his po-ems, presenting different facets of his life in a multidimensional way. The exhibition integrates philosophy, art, and technology to create an immersive digital experience that showcases China's exceptional traditional culture with an international aesthetic, diverse forms, and a unique intellectual property.
Set to run until February 29, the exhibition offers a diverse presentation and interactive experience to breathe new life into traditional poetry. It showcases the artistic charm and cultural significance of the "Poet Immortal" in Li's poetry, providing a journey between reality and illusion, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in an era where outstanding poems flourished, and revealing the unique charm and profound cultural heritage of an-cient Chinese poetry.
