Recently, during the public trial of a drug trafficking case involving Cheng and three others at the Intermediate People's Court of Ezhou city, the defendant Cheng suddenly made a denunciation, saying, "My superior is in the audience, he is wearing a mask and I recognize him."

After confirming that he was indeed the informant's superior, court police immediately took him into custody. At the same time, another person in the audience deliberately tried to evade capture, arousing suspicion that he was an accomplice. Subsequently, the public security police took the two suspects to the public security organ for legal processing.

Investigations revealed that the suspects wanted to attend the trial to learn about the progress of the case which directly affected them. They had learned the time and location of the public trial through Cheng's family in advance, and on that day, he entered the courtroom posing as "relatives" of the defendant, only to be recognized. Netizens found the suspect's actions amusing and commented that the most dangerous place is still the most dangerous.
