On May 12, after inspecting the electrical equipment of the wolfberry sprout planting base in Yangquan Community, Jiangguanchi Town, Jian'an District in Xuchang, Li Junchao, deputy director of the Jiangguanchi Power Supply Station of the State Grid Xuchang Power Supply Company, and Kong Xiaowei, the local area manager, reported the inspection results to Jiao Jipu, the person in charge of the planting base. "There are too many electrical wire connectors. These can easily cause leakage and short circuits. On top of that, exposed knife gates can easily cause electric shock. Our recommendation is to replace them."

To support the development of wolfberry sprouts in Yangquan Community, the State Grid Xuchang Power Supply Company added four new low-voltage distribution transformers in the community, increasing the distribution transformer capacity by 760 KVA. At the same time, a dedicated power supply service desk manager has been arranged to provide regular door-to-door service to help inspect electrical facilities and equipment, eliminate potential safety hazards in electricity use, and provide power guarantees for the harvest as well as the development of characteristic industries.
