State Grid Xuchang Power Supply Company actively serves the development of key projects in electricity consumption
On July 18, Zhang Baozhou, director of the Gaoqiaoying Power Supply Office of Xuchang Power Supply Company of State Grid, and Wan Mingming, account manager, visited the project construction site of the link storage integrated circuit packaging production test base located in the high-tech industrial park of Weidu District, Xuchang City. The purpose of the visit was to assess the project construction electricity and the demand for electricity load in the later stages, and to provide full support for the development of power demand for key projects.
Link integrated circuit packaging production and test base project is a new "three batch" key project in Xuchang City. The project is part of the new material industry planning and implementation, serving as a major chain extension and strengthening project. With a total investment of 1 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of 300 million yuan, the project aims to reach an annual output of 5.4 million chips, and achieve an annual output value of 2 billion yuan.
"When the project landed, we took the initiative to connect with the project team, and assigned special personnel to provide 'one-stop' service from the early stages of the project to the completion of power supply. This was done to meet the project's development needs and ensure that the project could be completed early, put into production, and have an impact early on," Zhang Baozhou said.
This year, Xuchang City has started 110 major projects aimed at cultivating and expanding strategic emerging industries, as well as promoting the transformation and upgrading of the city's manufacturing industry. To meet the increasing power demand for major projects, Xuchang Power supply Company of the State Grid has taken on the responsibility of ensuring supply, and effectively enhanced their sense of service by adhering to the principle of "elements follow the project, service around the project." The company has proactively communicated with the offices of major projects, assigned special personnel and classes, and analyzed customers' load characteristics and power demands. They have provided relevant information such as planning site selection and electrical equipment pathways to plan the best power supply solution and efficiently handle business expansions for customers.
State Grid Xuchang Power Supply Company has established a "three-level direct service" mechanism for key projects. This includes setting up "direct service liaison officers" at three levels of company leaders, middle managers and marketing employees. The company actively carries out fixed-point contact, regular visits, and targeted research to provide electricity service work and coordinate electricity consumption from project implementation to production. The goal is to achieve fast door-to-door service, quick problem solving, acceptance, and power transmission.
