State Grid Xuchang Power Supply Company Visits customers to assess their summer electricity needs

On July 25, Fan Xiang and Hu Siyu, account managers of the Weidu Power Supply Department at State Grid Xuchang Power Supply Company, visited Dihao Golden Leaf Packaging Materials Co., Ltd. to conduct door-to-door consultations to learn about the company's production and electricity consumption since the summer, and to gather feedback for improving the level of power supply service.

To better understand corporate customers’ electricity consumption during the summer, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance customers' sense of reliability in power supply, the State Grid Xuchang Power Supply Company actively sent marketing service personnel to visit corporate customers within their jurisdiction, and conducted "one-on-one" and "point-to-point" visits. The door-to-door consultations allowed them to learn more about each enterprise's electricity needs and the operating conditions of their production equipment, promptly addressing any issues related to reliable electricity use. By promoting the improvement of services quality, they also aimed to create a better power supply environment.

The visit to the State Grid Xuchang Power Supply Company focused on the safe use of electricity, including power supply, equipment operation, safety management, and power supply and reception facilities for corporate customers. During on-site inspections, personnel checked for hidden dangers in the safe operation of power supply equipment, addressed potential safety hazards in electricity use, and ensured the comprehensive fulfillment of corporate customers’ production electricity needs. Additionally, through discussions and the issuance of opinion cards, face-to-face communication with company representatives have been conducted to better understand the customer's production and operation status, electricity demand, and any concerns regarding electricity use. The company actively solicited feedback and suggestions from customers to fully understand their most pressing needs. 

In response to the customers' opinions and suggestions on electricity usage collected during the visit, the company carefully sorts and summarizes them, creates a ledger of feedback, and coordinates relevant departments to conduct in-depth analysis, which identifies existing problems, and establishes an improved working mechanism. At the same time, the company will clarify the specific roles of responsible departments, strengthen communication with customers, provide timely updates on the implementation of customer feedback, and comprehensively enhance customers' sense of power reliability and satisfaction.

Since the beginning of summer, Xuchang Power Supply Company has visited 158 corporate customers, distributed more than 3,000 promotional materials on safe electricity use, and addressed 23 specific customer demands regarding electricity.
