Japan PM Kishida not to run in ruling party presidential election next month: media

Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida has decided that he will not run in the presidential election of the ruling Liberal Democratic Party next month, multiple local media outlets reported on Wednesday.   

​A press conference will be held at 11:30 a.m. local time.
