 Recently, State Grid Huzhou Electric Power Company, in collaboration with the government departments of Deqing county, established the nation's first county-level Energy Green Transformation Development Center. This center will integrate resources from government, electricity enterprises, and other sectors to drive technological innovation, industrial upgrading, and model innovation in the energy sector, thereby serving the comprehensive green transformation of the economy and society. This marks a new exploration by the company in accelerating the construction of a new-type power system and fostering new customer relationships.

Since the beginning of this year, State Grid Huzhou Electric Power Company has focused on creating the "greenest" energy consumption system in Deqing, actively promoting the flexible adjustment of "micro-loads" and the seamless connection of "micro-power sources." It has completed the signing of aggregation agreements for 420,000 kW of photovoltaic resources and all energy storage users on the virtual power plant platform. Simultaneously, it has launched the "Energy Storage Investment Potential Explorer" to act as a "bridge" and "link," helping enterprises reduce costs and increase efficiency, thereby continuously contributing to the green and low-carbon transformation of local energy.

To further integrate resources from all parties, State Grid Huzhou Electric Power Company has partnered with Deqing county government departments to establish the Energy Green Transformation Development Center. Together, they aim to promote the green and low-carbon transformation and upgrading of traditional industries such as non-ferrous metals, chemicals, building materials, and printing and dyeing. They will also strengthen the clean and efficient utilization of fossil fuels, promote green lifestyles, and forge a new landscape of "joint creation, sharing, and mutual benefit" among government, electricity enterprises, and other sectors.

Leveraging its coordination and linkage functions, the center has organized the promotion of energy-saving renovations for 97 inefficient transformers in line with equipment upgrade policies. By conducting customer profiling and assessing enterprises' energy transformation needs, it has facilitated Zhejiang Jinteng Pipe Industry Company to carry out energy-saving renovations of its air compressors, resulting in a 15 percent reduction in electricity consumption during production, an annual savings of 24,000 kWh of electricity, and a 20 percent increase in production capacity.

Furthermore, the County-level Energy Green Transformation Development Center will undertake research on global trends and policy developments in energy green transformation, providing decision-making support for the government in formulating relevant policies and plans. It will organize the research, demonstration, and promotion of green and low-carbon technologies, facilitate the transformation and application of technological achievements, and conduct educational campaigns on energy green transformation.
