The Eastern Economic Forum (EEF) 2024, which was organized by the Roscongress Foundation, is being held from September 3 to 6 in Vladivostok, Russia at the Far Eastern Federal University.
“More than 6,000 people from 76 countries and regions are expected to take part in the events of the EEF 2024. Major agreements will be signed at the forum to intensify cooperation between companies, agencies, and the regions of the Russian Federation, including with foreign partners,” Adviser to the Russian President and Executive Secretary of the EEF Organizing Committee Anton Kobyakov said.
“They will address such issues as the implementation of investment projects, the development of trade, economic, scientific, technical, social, and cultural cooperation, telecommunications and the digital economy, education and science, housing and utilities, and more. The extensive international representation reaffirms that the EEF is highly popular and productive,” he said.
“I firmly believe that the business activities conducted on the Forum sidelines will take interaction with countries of the Asia-Pacific region to a new level and enable us to develop specific solutions to unlock the economic potential of the Russian Far East,” he noted.
