 September 7 marks International Day of Clean Air for blue skies, aiming to raise awareness and understanding of air pollution, and to mobilize global efforts to improve air quality. It helps people recognize the severity of air pollution and the urgency of reducing it, thus enabling more effective implementation of policies and actions to mitigate global air pollution.

In 2019, the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP) initiated the "International Day of Clean Air for blue skies" to emphasize raising public awareness at all levels and advocating for actions to improve air quality. State Grid Taizhou Power Supply Company took the opportunity of the fifth International Clean Air Blue Skies Day to leverage the "State Grid Green Ark Program" public welfare project and organize students from Taizhou Huangyan District East City Central Primary School to visit Taizhou Museum, where they participated in the "Co-habiting with Birds - Taizhou and Its Bird Friends" themed exhibition event jointly hosted by Taizhou Museum and Zhejiang Natural History Museum.

Combining green grid, low-carbon living, and biodiversity content, the event featured flying fairy tale lectures, nature note creation, and on-site bird watching practice courses to spark scientific interest, inspire love for nature and protection of nature awareness, and call on students to jointly pay attention to ecological environment construction and actively participate in ecological environmental protection.

The State Grid "State Grid Green Ark Program" public welfare brand project was jointly initiated by the State Grid Public Welfare Foundation and the China Environmental Protection Foundation in 2022. The project takes the main habitats of rare species as protection objects, and through the construction of green power supply systems in and around the habitats, Provide reliable clean electricity and digital transformation tools for research and practical work related to biodiversity conservation, so as to achieve the conservation of biodiversity.
