The State Grid Zhongwei Power Supply Company is advancing the expansion of 10kV substation intervals to meet the growing electricity demands of the local big data industry.

The development of cloud computing and data industries has high requirements for the stability and reliability of power supply. Zhongwei has been approved as both a national new-type Internet exchange center and a national hub node of the integrated computing power network, becoming the first "dual-center" node city in the country.

It has built 7 large and super-large data centers including Amazon and Meili Cloud, attracting more than 220 Internet and cloud computing big data ecosystem companies such as Meituan and Huya Group to settle in Zhongwei, providing storage and big data computing services for more than 4,000 enterprises and institutions. 

The State Grid Zhongwei Power Supply Company, in line with Zhongwei's industrial park and Western Cloud Base development plans, began early power grid planning, continuously optimizing the grid structure, With the continuous development of the cloud computing industry it has carried out key expansions to meet the needs of additional load access.
