On October 13, with the sending of the successful power transmission signal, State Grid Xuzhou Power Supply Company successfully completed the equipment replacement project of multiple lines such as the 10-kilovolt Hejie Line by implementing the "zero-point project," eliminated many hidden dangers in the power grid, and effectively guaranteed the power consumption needs of nearly 10,000 users in the surrounding area.

To ensure the smooth progress of the "zero-point project," the employees of State Grid Xuzhou Power Supply Company arrived in advance and arranged power generation vehicles to carry out grid-connected power generation to achieve uninterrupted power supply. During the construction operation, the on-site staff strictly implemented the safety operation procedures, overcame difficulties such as insufficient night lighting, and fought continuously for more than ten hours to complete two engineering tasks: the replacement of the high-voltage cabinet in the Binhe Garden switching station of the 10-kilovolt Pengbin First Line and the replacement of the low-voltage outgoing cabinet in the combined distribution station of the Hongyu Jinse Licheng of the 10-kilovolt Qiaocheng Line, ensuring the safe and reliable power consumption of customers.

It is worth mentioning that on the eve of this operation, Xuzhou Power Supply Company also specially organized dedicated personnel to release power outage information to users in advance. At the same time, it investigated the power consumption needs of sensitive key users in the area and provided considerate power consumption services for key users.
